Daddy's new iPhone 4 has an HD video camera, so expect more video clips of our girl moving forward.

Unfortunately I'm still working out the kinks on getting the video from the phone to the blog so my temporary workaround is YouTube.

Daddy's Boat Rescue

Our special boat ride to a nearby island almost turned into Castaway (or Gilligan's Island) when a sudden tidal shift started carrying off our gingerly parked boat.

The whole family gave chase.....

Thankfully Daddy caught up just before the boat was lost forever and we were forced to await a rescue (or swim across lobtserboat infested waters)

Madeleine's Maine Vacation Part 1

Madeleine's trip to Maine has included a full range of activities and adventures - from hosting an engagement party to walking dogs to swimming in the ocean to boat rides to a first night "alone" without Mommy and Daddy. And, of course, a first lobster dinner.

Madeleine was a beautiful hostess for the neighbor's engagement party.

Madeleine's Maine Vacation part 2

Madeleine is having a plast on her third annual pilgrimmage to Maine.

She enjoys carrying things in her bucket and especially holding (and eating) whole apples.


She even enjoys a swim in the cold Maine water (with apple still in hand, of course)

Our starlet did some local sightseeing this weekend, checking out the Hollywood sign and the view - seeing and being seen.
